5000 rpm inlet and 5500 exhaust is probably the best option....I set to these rpms and I got the best results...

Hi guys I'm new to the forum here,I'm looking to set over my vvl switch points ,I was wondering if the bodyclub v con work for the vvl ,has anyone ever tried it or has any ideas if it will work ??

yeah, tend to find though, if you go above N1 cams, then these engines prefer higher compression.
