A: Yes! The NeoVVL community is 100% free and we will never ask you for money.

Q: Do you advertise on this website?
A: We do not advertise for money, nor do we have any pop up windows. The only advertisements that could be on the site is in the relevent forums and signatures.

Q: Other websites offer a membership fee and advertisements, why doesn't the NeoVVL Owners Club?
A: Other websites may offer sticker discounts, club stands at meetings and shows, ect, but we don't and probably never will. We do have occasional meets but not at big events like JAE, Japfest, ect.

Q: Are all profile information and signatures available to me?
A: Yes, if you are able to add the information in your profile your able to use this.

Q: Can I upload attatchments?
A: Yes, infact we encourage using out webspace when uploading pictures to our website. The issue with sites like Photobucket, Cardomain is they delete the pictures and this causes broken links.

Q: I made a post in the wrong section, what can I do?
A: Don't worry, we will move it for you. We are a laid back community and won't punish you for it. If we feel this happens very often then we may contact you privately.

Q: Will my post ever be deleted? Even after say like 3 years?
A: No, the forum posts will remain on the database. The forum software we use is pretty advanced and given the space we have there should be no reason why we can't keep the posts.

Q: I see that to become a VIP I need 500 posts, will this automatically upgrade me?
A: No, however the admin will keep an eye on your post count and when you reach this you will be upgraded around the same time.

Q: I see those little muppets under my username, how can I get each on Highlighted?
A: These will light up per post count threshhold, you get an extra muppet when you reach these post numbers: 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 5000, 10000.

Q: What are those little gold stars under some users' profiles?
A: Every year your a member you get a gold star.

Q: I came to this pre January 2008, and it looked different, is the site under new ownership?
A: No, there was issues with the old forum software that was beyond our control. We took the decision to delete the old database and create a brand new one. It seems to work perfectly.

Q: I am not happy with a post that has been made, what can i do?
A: There is a little trangle with a "!" mark in it, Click that and it will report the post. You can also give your reason to why your not happy with it.

Q: I see there is a lot of swearing allowed on this forum.
A: We do permit swearing on the forum, this forum is adult based, however we don't condone swearing innappropriatly to each other.

Q: I have become a member but I am still unable to download the service manuals, i thought they were free?
A: We unfortunatly get a lot of members who sign up just for the service manuals downloads. We are a free community but you need a minimum post count to have access to the downloads. Each download requires bandwidth and if everyone just downloaded them then this could cost the club money so we only offer the downloads to users who have been with us for a while.
