Yes you can, you will need to get something to manage the cam switching however, and a good tune to suit the new engine. but very doable.

With the N15 GTi the loom will be plug and play, but only missing the Solenoid Plugs,

I would use the GTi Distributor but you may need to modify it slightly,

to stoker a 16 to 20 i need only 20rods? is a good combination with n1 camshafts and n1 this intake (or is better a OEM n1 intake) ? http://www.gspec.com/p-10967-plenum-kit-vvl-n1.aspx

There was no diff between SR20DE (N14, P10. B13) and DET cranks - only exception was GTiR (con rod bearings width). Those cranks was with 8 counter weigths on it and bottom of block was reinforced by cradle.

In SR20DE (found in P11 and P11.144) and SR20VE there was crank with all params the same but with 4 counter weights and no craddle on bottom. It was lighter. In this case was used also shorter main bolts.
