So over the next couple of week, I need to get some work done to the car,

First off I need to get the Winter tyres mounted onto the Alloys,

I then need to fix the problem with the washers, I still have a leak issue, as well as poor jet pressure, despite changing the motor. I plan on ordering some nice blue silicone hose pipe, and replace the whole shooting match.

I also have P10 spindles to fit, unfortunately the old ones are a little bit squeaky. I have also come some flat blade Michelin wiper blades to be fitted.

I also need to look into why my Drivers side footwell is intermittently wet, I am wondering if this is related to the Washer Jet problem, as I believe the pipe runs the drivers size,. Might also explain the poor performance, anyways I will need to have a look into it.

So went back to the 16" Wheels.

Car also hit another Mileage Milestone, Means the engine now has 22000+ miles on it now.

So today thought it was time to fix that vibration when the heating is on, was really starting to get on my nerves. Not an easy task on my Primera as I have added an aftermarket fuse box.

Turns out there was some bag or something that got into the motor, also on the pollen filter too.

I also opted to remove the Subwoofer as it was getting on my nerves. The issues I had was where to mount the Amp so I can wire the speakers through it, I made a wee platform for it which I plan on either spraying the wood or getting some carpet or something to cover it, I also need to clean up the wiring also.

I would mount the Amp to the back side of the rear seats... You will save some place in the boot too...

So as you might have seen in the other post and historically, I have developed a leak. Last night came out to my work and had a puddle on the drivers side floor.

So today was time for some investigation, I needed to do the spindles so i thought this was the best place to start. When I took off the plastic cover, I was horrified to have seen this:

More of that bin bag among other shite too.

I removed it all, filled a doggy bag, and then took the jet wash to it. I am still getting weeping when i jet down the inside of it, but this may be normal, all that shit in there was not and no doubt blocked everything up. Time will tell so will see how it will goes next time it will rain.

I also changed the spindles, the old ones were pretty knackered, massive improvement and quiet wiping now. No more squeaking.

I finally replaced the hose from the washer tank to the front washer jets. Massive improvement, looks like the old hose was gunged up.

I also removed the washer tank, the sensor for the washer empty light had fell apart in the tank, I rebuilt it to see if this will work, If it still dont work I will look to replace it but not desperate.

I seen lots of mud behind the front wheel arch liner, This got a good jet too, Also look to have this all cleaned and undersealed this year.

I am seeing more corrosion on the rear arches and front wings, I plan on getting the rear body work done come the summer time.

Tomorrow I have a mew earth kit to be fitted, Also the Mushroom filter is now missing half the bloody bolts, so I need to look at new solutions for that tomorrow too.

I certainly did, and a cold one. However today was even colder. Was -5c when i started on this.

Today I thought I would get the earth cables replaced, I had purchased an Earth Kit, nice blue one to match the bay. I set about replacing the battery, the negative battery terminal and fitted the earth kit to the car.

I also swapped the CD player as the other one was being an arsehole with my iPhone.

I also finished fitting new pipework for my washer jets too.

Also some a quick WD40 Cleanup.

The flickering of the dash lights is still there, but I suspect next on the list will be a new alternator.

Some pics of the day.

Next steps will be fixing the wee rattle on the passenger side door, fitting a bracket for the clutch reservoir, and monitoring this leak.
